EmbeddedPlus Engineering Awarded Future Combat System Role
Seen as initial project of a long-term relationship
TEMPE, AZ, August 10, 2004 - EmbeddedPlus Engineering today announced it has been selected as a partner by Boeing Corp. for Industry Assist/Support Services on the U.S. Army’s Future Combat System.
The FCS is a network of 18 different technology, communication, and location systems, designed to meet the Army’s goal of a more agile and versatile military by the end of the decade. Boeing is the lead integrator for the program, and will draw on EmbeddedPlus’ modeling and development expertise for the duration of the 10 month contract.
